3 delicious recipes for your baby.

As a mother of a very fussy little princess, I had to literally try everything possible to encourage my daughter to eat. From trying out different delicious recipes, to putting her on a feeding routine and more... Nothing seemed to work. It took me a little while to realise that the reason lays in different obstacles such as hot weather or teething, which stops my little girl from consuming the right amount of food. With the help of my mother and my lovely friend Susheel I have found the perfect three recipes that my daughter will never refuse, regardless of the weather conditions or other situations that would normally affect her appetite.
 

In a half a pot of cold water add 1 raw chicken breast, chopped carrot and parsley root. Bring to boil then add rice (depending on how thick you want the dish to be, add more rice) and simmer for 20-30 minutes until everything becomes tender. Add salt and pepper and a handful of chopped dill. Serve with a spoon of cream to make it even more delicious.
  

Cook pasta. Drain and leave aside. Do the same with 1 whitefish fillet. In a separate pot cook green beans and peas. Drain and mix with red kidney beans. Place 1 whole tomato in a full cup of boiling water. Leave to stand for several minutes then remove and peel the skin. Chop it up and add to the veggies mixture. Mix with pasta and cod and sprinkle with cheddar.

Add salt and pepper and few leaves of parsley. Drain and place in a blender. Serve as a puree. You can add few tablespoons of the stock to the blender, before draining, to make the dish a little more watery/thin.
